These are the powers that Emigdi and me presented on St. George's Day in the school:

Snow White

Snow White lives in a big palace with Queen Esmeralda. Queen Esmeralda is very bad. Snow White is very frightened and so she decides to escape from the palace in to the forest.

In the forest Snow White discovers a little house. Seven dwarves live there.

The next day Queen Esmeralda says to her Magic Mirror ``Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the nicest of them all?´´again the mirror says ``Snow White´´.

Queen Esmeralda makes a poisoned apple. She gives the poisoned apple to Snow White. She dies but a handsome prince falls in love whith her and gives her a kiss.

They get married and live happily ever after.

A reading contest

Hello, we are Oriol Machí and Laia Sanz from Ceip Port-rodó (Campredó)

We are very happy to participate in the reading contest in Felip Pedrell Theatre in Tortosa.

The important is to participate, not to be nervous and read as best you can.

We read two books:

" Els lemmings bojos " and " Viatge al país dels lacets".

We won the first and third prize.

St George's Day

We celebrated St George's Day, watching power points about English stories with Emigdi Subirats.

The older pupils in the school watched "Ali Baba" and " The Emperor's New Clothes" created by Emigdi Subirats and the little ones watched the stories of ''The little Red Riding Hood'' and ''The three Billy Goats'' with Tere.

Emigdi explained the stories to us. They were very interesting . We enjoyed them a lot .

Thank you Emigdi for these fascinating stories and the good time that we had with you.

An overnight stay with A.M.P.A

Last weekend we went to Ports of Beseit.

There were lots of animals and plants. The weather was wet and the wood was green and beautiful too.

On Saturday in the afternoon we went to "Avellanes" cave. We saw some snow and it was raining. When we came back we were very tired. It was impossible to play outside and we spent the time playing with modeling clay.

At night we saw a fox. We fed it and we took some photos of him.
We slept in our sleeping bags.

On Sunday, Angels, Tere, Lourdes, our teachers, and their husbands came to visit us. We went for a walk.

We had lunch, it was delicious. Carmina, Roser, Carme, Dora and Lluïsa prepared the lunch and
Lluis, Pepe, Pedro, Juan and Carlos set the fire.

Everybody was kind.
We were sad when it was time to go home.
It was fantastic.
